• Superior Inn Rooms — Newly renovated rooms in the main part of the Inn with 1 queen bed and a pull-out single bed, equipped with a full bathroom with bath and shower, flat screen TV and telephone. These rooms are located on the second and third floors on the frozen waterfall side of the Inn.
• Deluxe Inn Rooms — Newly renovated hotel rooms in the main part of the Inn with 1 queen bed and a pull-out single bed, featuring custom furniture, full bathroom with bath and shower, colour TV and a private balcony. These rooms are located on the second and third floors and have a great view of Mt. Standish.

Transportation: None provided. Tour participants must provide their own transportation to check-in office at bottom gondola station.

Lift Tickets: Non-Skiers, Season Pass Holders and Sunshine/Marmot Card holders do not require lift tickets.

Package Price: Includes 2 nights accommodation (Dec 9 & 10), 3-day lift ticket, VIP parking, luggage transfers and taxes. There will not be a welcoming reception or group dinner. Après ski in the Chimney Corner Lounge will be paid for by participants.

Itinerary: On Sunday February 1, 2009 fly from Calgary to Steamboat Springs. Stay and ski at Steamboat Springs for five nights. Package includes lift tickets for three days of skiing. However for those that want there will be the availability of skiing four days. On Friday, February 6, 2009 return to Calgary.

Estimated price: $1,800 which should cover five nights accommodation, three days lift tickets, air fare, bus transfers, and one group dinner. As in past fly and ski trips, a guaranteed price cannot be assured until bookings are confirmed.

Deadline: August 25, 2008 (Deadline has Passed/Trip is fully booked)… this trip can only accommodate 24 people. Mail a cheque, dated for September 1, 2008, for $1,800 to Seniors Alpine Ski Club, c/o of Peter Morgan at address above. The first 22 people who send in their cheques will be given priority. No bookings can be accepted before July 15, 2008.
