Deduction: $186 for those having Sunshine Season's Passes or Sunshine/Marmot Cards. Also for non-skiers, snowshoe-ersand X-C skiers.

There are no facilities for Cross-country skiing at the Sunshine area. That activity can be pursued on National Park trails such as Healy Pass. There will be snowshoeing, but with an outside agency. I am still waiting for their response. If you wish to participate in either of these activities, you should opt for the non-Skier deduction. You will be responsible for your own activity tickets.

*Welcoming Reception: The Club and Sunshine Village will provide hors d'oeuvres with a cash bar (due to licensing difficulties.)

**Group Dinner: This is the same menu as last season. A Western Buffet (appetizers, salads,, roast beef or crispy salmon, vegetables and desserts.) with a cash bar. The cost of this dinner will be $31 per person. If you choose not to participate, you may deduct $31 from your cost. There is still a chance that we may get a $25 subsidy from Sunshine, but that will not be known until mid-November.

Transportation: Tour participants must make their own travel arrangements to Sunshine. As Guests, parking is available in the reserved lot at no cost.

A flat rate of $5 is charged for snowshoeing trail access if you have your own snowshoes. Rentals can be purchased for $15 and this includes a trail guide. If you wish to participate in either of these activities, you should opt for the non-Skier deduction. You will be responsible for your own activity tickets.

Included in Tour: Four nights accommodation, three days skiing, bus transportation, all taxes and a Wine and Cheese reception hosted by the Club.

Optional Dinner: The tour host will endeavour to arrange a group dinner at a suitable location at the Sun Peaks resort (each participant will pay their share of this dinner).

Departure, Arrival Details: We will depart from the Valley Ridge Golf Club Parking Lot at 8:00 AM on Monday (Jan. 9) and leave the Ski Hill at 8:00 AM on Friday (Jan.13), arriving at Valley Ridge Golf Club at approximately 5:00 PM.

X-Country skiing: Kimberley has MANY trails just to the south side of the ski hill (Nature trails). It is $5 per day/per person to ski on them as long as you like.
Snow shoeing: We do have rentals here on resort, at the rental department. No cost at this moment. There are many trails and areas right around the ski hill that can be used for snowshoeing(golf course, for example) If you wish to participate in either of these activities, you should opt for the non-Skier deduction. You will be responsible for your own activity tickets.

Included in Tour: Three nights' accommodation, three days skiing, bus transportation, all taxes and a welcoming reception hosted by the Club.

Departure from Kimberley will be on Thursday, Feb. 9. We will begin loading the bus at 4:00 PM and leave at 4:30 PM, arriving at Valley Ridge Golf Club at approximately 10:00 to 10:30 PM.

Group Dinner: We have again been offered the same group dinner that was offered in the Hotel Dining Room last season. Menu is as follows: Appetizers and Dessert will be Chef's choice. There are 3 choices of main entree: Chicken Breast; Half Rack Baby Back Ribs; New York Steak. Cost of the dinner will be $30 all inclusive, per person. If you do not want to be included in the Group Dinner, deduct $30 from your tour price.
